The Meno Coach

Supporting women through menopause, neurodiversity, and mental health with evidence-based coaching, movement and education.

Change starts here.

Menopause isn’t talked about enough. Fact. Therefore, the public’s understanding of it is limited. I’m working to change that by educating, motivating and enhancing individual and collective knowledge of menopause, specialising in neurodivergent females, to establish wellbeing at home, at work and in the community.

Why does it matter?

Symptoms can last up to fourteen years or more and serious long-term health conditions are a risk for many without the necessary education and support.

Individual menopause awareness promotes health, mental well-being informed decision-making, improving personal relationships and quality of life.

For businesses, it boosts employee retention, productivity and inclusivity, while reducing absenteeism and legal risks.

Awareness of both menopause and neurodiversity within the workplace creates supportive environments, benefiting both individuals and workplaces. I offer sessions and coaching to help you unlock in-depth menopause understanding to support yourself, your peers, and your colleagues.

Get to know me a little more

Having experienced my own menopause journey alongside a late diagnosis of ADHD and Autism (AUDHD), I have and continue to study peri to post menopause hormone health and neurodiversity. individuals.

My work can help you with:

Osteoporosis

Worldwide, 1 in 3 women over age 50 will experience osteoporotic fractures, as will 1 in 5 men aged over 50. I can help you to reduce your risk of osteoporosis by prescribing an exercise plan that’s appropriate for you, alongside nutritional guidance to support bone health.

Sarcopenia

Age-related loss of lean muscle mass, strength and functionality can prevent elderly people from performing the most basic tasks of daily living, and greatly increases their risk of suffering falls. My yoga and personal training sessions help you reduce this risk by working on your mobility and strength.

Coronary Heart Disease

Heart disease is the number one cause of death in women under 75 in the UK. I can help you reduce your risk by recommending movement and nutritional strategies for managing your metabolic health.

Dementia

Dementia is the leading cause of death in the UK. 15.9% of women died due to Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias in 2019 in the UK. It was the leading cause of death for women. My sessions can help you understand the disease, for yourself or your family. My sessions can help you understand the disease, for yourself or your family and you can learn how to slow down cognitive decline.

ADHD & Autism

Menopause often worsens ADHD and Autism symptoms, especially in women who are often diagnosed later in life. This is because declining oestrogen levels disrupt the regulation of dopamine and serotonin - brain chemicals essential for managing mood, focus, and sensory processing, making these traits more pronounced. I specialise in neurodiversity in menopausal women, and my expertise can help you understand and manage the changes you’re going through alongside your unique mind.

Mental Health

Menopause-related mental health challenges can reduce motivation for self-care, leading to poor diet, inactivity, and disrupted sleep. These choices may worsen health risks like heart disease and osteoporosis. Declining oestrogen levels also contribute to anxiety, depression, and mood swings, highlighting the importance of prioritising mental health during this time. By working with me, you’ll find a safe space to talk openly, get expert guidance on your feelings and experiences, and reduce your risk of further health conditions.
